PROGRAM OVERVIEW

December-April group program customized to your personal race calendar featuring two weekly in-person sessions, including:

  • Day to day training plan
  • Strength training program
  • In-person group sessions
  • Monthly one-on-one check-in
  • Fueling guidelines and more

PAYMENT OPTIONS

  • Discounted Lump Sum: $500 $465
  • Installments: Four $125 payments 
    (your subscription will automatically stop after four payments)

TRAINING SESSIONS

  • Wednesdays, McCarren Park Track from 6:00PM
  • Sundays, Central Park (Columbus Circle) from 8:00AM
  • Training sessions are held rain or shine. Each pace group is lead by the coaches. Expect all inclusive sessions from a warm-up routine to cool-down, with bag drop so you can come fully prepared.
