DESCRIPTION
-The runs: Easy and moderate runs for your aerobic foundation, strides to improve mechanics and running efficiency, hill work for muscular recruitment and running economy, as well as tempos, fartleks, and more. All sessions are explained in full details so you never have to scratch your head!
-The Recovery: Give your body a boost between workouts with our recovery recommendations including stretching, rolling, post-workout protein, at home cryo, heat and compression.
-The Strength: A bodyweight strength program that you can do in the comfort of your home or at your local gym.
-Personalization: There isn't a set template, we work one-on-one with you to design the best plan for you using our professional expertise. From newbie to local elites we will cater the training volume and frequency, modalities, and workouts accordingly, all taking into account your schedule restrictions.
